Double Feature {cocoa daisy}

The Double Feature February kit from Cocoa Daisy is bright, fun and just what we need to get through these last few winter months before the thaw.

This kit also features something special from Ronda Palazzari — each kit will feature her 6×6 pie chart stencil!

Kits and adds on go on sale to subscribers January 28th at 9 PM EST. The general public can purchase kits on the 1st of February at 12 midnight.

Thanks for taking a moment to see what Cocoa Daisy has coming up soon!

PaperHaus Magazine {winter}

I was just planning my Spring Issue creative for PaperHaus Magazine when I realized I had yet to share with you some of what I created for the Winter Issue

For this current issue, I supplied the sketch as well as a layout as a sample. I used the Pink Paislee Portfolio collection and the snowflakes are cut from the Cameo.

Although Portfolio wasn't specifically a winter collection, I do love the tones of the blue and gray for this snowy layout.

You can use this sketch if you'd like. PIN it and credit PaperHaus Magazine Winter Issue as your source. You can also read the issue HERE before it is replaced on Feb. 1st with the new Spring content. Make sure to stop back here and on the PaperHaus Magazine blog for that reveal, too.

Scrap space {cocoa daisy}

Yesterday I shared my scrap space on the Cocoa Daisy blog. There are a lot of storage pictures and ways I utilize the space that I have for crafting.

If you missed it, swing on by the Cocoa Daisy blog today to see what I shared.

Pink Paislee {secret crush}

Today I am excited to be blogging for the first time at Pink Paislee. I would be over-the-moon excited if you could stop by there to see my Color Crush layout for this week using the Secret Crush collection

I also used a lot of the Artisan Resist-Ables on this page with the hearts and the arrows. The silver alphas are the best, too. I have to say that the quality of these alphas are the best I have used in a very long time.

This is the Color Crush I used to inspire my layout. Swing on by the Pink Paislee blog this week to see how some of the other members of the DT were inspired by this.

Thank you so much for stopping by here to share in my first Pink Paislee CT project!

ScrapFIT {color challenge}

Today I'm sharing with you some color inspiration for ScrapFIT. You can play along for a chance to win an exclusive FITkit from Paper Issues by linking your creation based on the color challenge to the ScrapFIT blog.

For my inspiration for you, I made a home sweet home card. The taupe is represented by the kraft paper, I used My Mind's Eye paper for the background, and white card stock for the white in the challenge.

I had to add that pop of yellow. Don't mind me — I'm a little crazy like that…throwing in extra colors.

I hope you find some inspiration in this challenge and will play along. The prize for this challenge is this wonderful FITkit from Paper Issues.

See you on the ScrapFIT site! And thanks for stopping by here to see my card for today.

Sketch challenge {scrapbook circle}

If you saw my sneak earlier this week, you already know that the Only You kit from Scrapbook Circle is amazing. Even as a mom that scrapbooks a boy, I could not help but love the potential in this kit for some fantastic winter pages as well as Valentine's day or girly pages.

Today I have shared this month's Scrapbook Circle sketch on the blog. You can swing by there to see how to share your work with the sketch and get more inspiration from the Only You kit.

Thanks for stopping to see the sketch and my layout — it's one of my current favorites!

Now, for this month's theme: WINTER!

I used mostly blue and white card stock on this page along with some washi and dots. I used 3 Samantha Walker cut files for the snowflake wonderland I have created here. I cut the SW-CUTS-Snowflake-Border as well as 2 of the SW-CUTS-Snowflake versions.

To give the page motion, I didn't stick the cuts all the way down. The edges creep up on the flakes as well as the border.

Thanks for stopping by on this hop to see my winter layout. You can continue on to Jamie Cripps' blog for more inspiration! And don't forget to go through the step above to get the free cut file for the hop.

Only You {scrapbook circle}

The Only You kit from Scrapbook Circle for January is amazing! I love Valentine's Day kits, and this one also seems to have a wonderful winter feel to it with the teal colors in the kit.

This is just a sneak peek of what I have for you next week when I reveal the sketch challenge for Scrapbook Circle for January. Looks like fun, eh?!
