Hi! I'm from a small town in North Carolina, and I started scrapbooking and paper crafting after my son Lucas was born in 2005. My specialty is making layouts and making handmade embellishments. I love to mix fabric and paper, and make unique embellishments for scrapbooking.I love paper crafting because it gives me an outlet for my creativity, which with two small kids, is I definitely needed some days. I also like the fact that I can take something from a manufacturer and make it completely my own by altering it.
I would have to say my favorite trend in papercrafting right now is all the paper and items that are geared toward the eighties, as that was when I was growing up. And all of the stuff geared toward sewing, because I recently bought a sewing machine and am loving using it!
