New arrival cards

Quite possibly my most favorite cards to make are the new baby congrats cards. I love the colors and how you can get super cutesy with the designs.

This handsome little monkey is going to my boss and his wife as they welcome a baby boy on Friday (scheduled c-section). It will be their third child, a second boy for them.

I absolutely love how this card turned out!!

The card below goes with the door knob hanger I showed yesterday. Remember I mentioned it was a gift for twin boys? Hence the 2 onesies... in case you were wondering why I chose two for this card.

For some reason, I find myself gravitating to yellow and green even when I know it's for a boy. This is my third boy card in a row that I chose this color palette for. I must have a mental block on this. I challenge myself to make a boy card using blue next time!

Thanks for reading my blog! I really appreciate you all taking a moment to stop by and visit.

So fabulously cute - both of them!
Funny how you challenged yourself to use blue next time, when its usually the other way around ...typically you would think the challenge would be to NOT use blue next time, LOL!
