Good Dog {imaginisce}

It's time for the reveal for the Good Dog collection at Imaginisce! I couldn't have picked a better time to bring a new furry member into our family.

In December, we brought home Cady as a surprise for Nate, and these pictures are from that ride from her farm house to our home. Cady is short for Cadet and she is a german shepherd pup. We are so happy to have her with us now!

I loved having the Good Dog collection to finally document her welcome to our family. The papers are just too cute and I love the whimsy in the 3-D embellishments and stickers.

I used the Cameo and made this treat box, too. The box is cut from kraft paper and then decorated with the Good Dog papers, 3-D stickers and chipboard pieces. There is a tag affixed with twine on it as well.

If you have a pup in your life you'd love to celebrate, the Good Dog collection is perfect! Check out the Imaginisce blog to see what the rest of the DT made and shared this week.

You're the best {cocoa daisy}

One more card for you today using the Double Feature kit from Cocoa Daisy. I used the Pebbles pockets and tags that are in the Starring Role add-on kit this month. The word bubble sticker is in that add on, too, on the EP sticker sheet.

I also used the stars background stamp in the main kit on the paper. It has a chalkboard feel to it, I think. Love it!

Thanks for stopping to see my card. I hope you can get the kit(s) on the 1st if you didn't get a chance to earlier at the reveal!

Love {cocoa daisy}

Did you stop by the reveal on the Cocoa Daisy forum last night? We had lots of fun and chatted it up as we revealed what the DT had done with the Double Feature kit.

I made this card, first inspired by the little chevron bag in the kit as well as the teal alpha stickers. I just love those two colors together — especially for a Valentine's project.

Thanks for stopping to see my card. I'm going to have a hard time giving this one away. It may hang in my craft room a bit longer than others have.

The boy has style {cocoa daisy}

I absolutely love this page! My son was such a good sport and we had a photo shoot a couple weeks ago. I can't wait to roll out the projects I've been working on using these pictures. He's such a great age for stuff like this.

Tonight at 9 p.m. (EST) is the reveal for the Double Feature kit at Cocoa Daisy. Subscribers can pick up add-on kits and raid the shop for all the extras. If you aren't a subscriber, stop back on the 1st and scoop up one for yourself.

Has this page piqued your curiosity about the kit? I know my sneaks last week were pretty colorful, and I love this combo so much! Other than the adorable picture of my kiddo, I love the patterns on these papers.

Here's a shot of the custom flair from Ormolu and you can see the custom Cocoa Daisy stars background stamp peeking out of the corner, too.

Lots going on with this kit! I hope to see you tonight at the reveal chat on the site — all of the DT will be chatting, giving away prizes and sharing their work with the kit.

Valentine's gift box {samantha walker}

Today I am sharing a little tutorial on the Samantha Walker blog on how to make this box. Cute isn't it? You can find the studio file for the 3D Box heart handle  at the Silhouette store.

I also used pieces of other Samantha Walker border and floral files for the decor on the outside of the box. This project was so easy to make, I wouldn't hesitate to make multiples of these for a Valentine's party as favors — it was that easy!

Take a peek at the Samantha Walker blog today for more details!

My Double Feature peeks {cocoa daisy}

On the 28th, we'll chat over on the Cocoa Daisy site and reveal the Double Feature kit. A few days ago I also shared the amazing tags that Christine makes for the peeks of the kit.

This month I have the main kit and the add-on kit called Starring Role. I definitely love the stars stamp that comes in the main kit. It is a great background and accent stamp I plan to get plenty of use out of.

Have I mentioned the wood veneer arrows yet? Swoon! Ormolu also has a custom CD-only set in this kit — I just love the flair and the tags!

This last sneak I can't wait to share with you! It is one of my all-time faves and I am dying to share the whole thing. You'll just have to come back on the 28th for the reveal day!

Fun! {ormolu}

Yesterday on the Ormolu blog I shared my latest layout. Ormolu has these amazing custom flair buttons you can order to document your One Little Word. My word this year is FUN, so I scooped up some of that flair and got to work documenting my word.

If you missed it yesterday, you can scoot over to the blog today and see how I used the custom one little word flair.

Childhood Memories {imaginisce}

I had so much fun working with the new Childhood Memories collection from Imaginisce. This line was part of the new CHA release and now the design team gets to share with you all the fun that we have been having with it.

Lots of great clouds, bikes, trees, playgrounds, kites... all the great things you remember from being a kid. My layout documents how fun new pajamas are — another great kid memory!

The collection is also great for cards. I made this birthday card and just know that even a kid at heart would love the memories it invokes with the bubble wand!

Thanks for stopping by to see what I've made with the Childhood Memories collection. Stop by the Imaginisce blog all week long to see what the DT has made.

Thanks for taking a moment to see what Cocoa Daisy has coming up soon!

PaperHaus Magazine {winter}

I was just planning my Spring Issue creative for PaperHaus Magazine when I realized I had yet to share with you some of what I created for the Winter Issue

For this current issue, I supplied the sketch as well as a layout as a sample. I used the Pink Paislee Portfolio collection and the snowflakes are cut from the Cameo.

Although Portfolio wasn't specifically a winter collection, I do love the tones of the blue and gray for this snowy layout.

You can use this sketch if you'd like. PIN it and credit PaperHaus Magazine Winter Issue as your source. You can also read the issue HERE before it is replaced on Feb. 1st with the new Spring content. Make sure to stop back here and on the PaperHaus Magazine blog for that reveal, too.

Pink Paislee {secret crush}

Today I am excited to be blogging for the first time at Pink Paislee. I would be over-the-moon excited if you could stop by there to see my Color Crush layout for this week using the Secret Crush collection

I also used a lot of the Artisan Resist-Ables on this page with the hearts and the arrows. The silver alphas are the best, too. I have to say that the quality of these alphas are the best I have used in a very long time.

This is the Color Crush I used to inspire my layout. Swing on by the Pink Paislee blog this week to see how some of the other members of the DT were inspired by this.

Thank you so much for stopping by here to share in my first Pink Paislee CT project!

ScrapFIT {color challenge}

Today I'm sharing with you some color inspiration for ScrapFIT. You can play along for a chance to win an exclusive FITkit from Paper Issues by linking your creation based on the color challenge to the ScrapFIT blog.

For my inspiration for you, I made a home sweet home card. The taupe is represented by the kraft paper, I used My Mind's Eye paper for the background, and white card stock for the white in the challenge.

I had to add that pop of yellow. Don't mind me — I'm a little crazy like that…throwing in extra colors.

I hope you find some inspiration in this challenge and will play along. The prize for this challenge is this wonderful FITkit from Paper Issues.

See you on the ScrapFIT site! And thanks for stopping by here to see my card for today.

Sketch challenge {scrapbook circle}

If you saw my sneak earlier this week, you already know that the Only You kit from Scrapbook Circle is amazing. Even as a mom that scrapbooks a boy, I could not help but love the potential in this kit for some fantastic winter pages as well as Valentine's day or girly pages.

Today I have shared this month's Scrapbook Circle sketch on the blog. You can swing by there to see how to share your work with the sketch and get more inspiration from the Only You kit.

Thanks for stopping to see the sketch and my layout — it's one of my current favorites!

Now, for this month's theme: WINTER!

I used mostly blue and white card stock on this page along with some washi and dots. I used 3 Samantha Walker cut files for the snowflake wonderland I have created here. I cut the SW-CUTS-Snowflake-Border as well as 2 of the SW-CUTS-Snowflake versions.

To give the page motion, I didn't stick the cuts all the way down. The edges creep up on the flakes as well as the border.

Thanks for stopping by on this hop to see my winter layout. You can continue on to Jamie Cripps' blog for more inspiration! And don't forget to go through the step above to get the free cut file for the hop.

Only You {scrapbook circle}

The Only You kit from Scrapbook Circle for January is amazing! I love Valentine's Day kits, and this one also seems to have a wonderful winter feel to it with the teal colors in the kit.

This is just a sneak peek of what I have for you next week when I reveal the sketch challenge for Scrapbook Circle for January. Looks like fun, eh?!
