I love making tags. Not much happens with them usually—they just end up hanging up on the board in my scrap room. Which I love! They are kind of like my version of ATCs, only I rarely trade, lol! More like mini wall art for my creative space.
Paper Issues wants to see your PARTY projects. In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, it's time to focus on the party mojo.
When I thought about Cinco de Mayo, I thought about crepe paper. So, I knew I wanted to incorporate a crepe paper flower. The rest of the tag was just me having fun. The tag itself has vintage sheet music adhered to it then distressed. "It's a party!" is stamped along the bottom. Add some stickers and embellies and víola—a fun party tag. :)
Hope to see you linking up over at Paper Issues. It doesn't have to be new for this challenge—you can link up anything "party" related that you've made. We just love to share your "paper issue" with you!
We're actually having a Cinco de Mayo party at work tomorrow. I'm bringing the dessert, so I picked a key lime pie made on an Oreo crust. YUM! Can't wait to make it ... and eat it!
