4th of July

Imaginisce is sharing 4th of July projects this week, and this is the layout I made. I used the Cameo to make the cut-out stars and sun. (By the way, if you position a cut off of the main cutting board, you will cut through the outer plastic frame. Just sayin' — learned that the hard way with the sun up in the top corner!)

I used a combination of Makin' Waves and Hello Cupcake as well as some other scraps for the papers on this page. All of the Imaginisce papers go so well together that it makes combining collections effortless.

We are lucky to live in a canal town here in Rochester. It's only a matter of minutes from our house to the village, where it is so easy to park your car and then walk to canal after getting a bite to eat or ice cream at a small shop. Very quaint. Nothing says "celebrate" quite like an ice cream on the canal!

I hope all of you celebrating the 4th have a great week! Enjoy the festivities! And thanks for stopping by to see my page. Head on over to Imaginisce and see what the other ladies have cooked up for the holiday.
