Bloggy friend Lauren and her friend, Stef, have embarked on a challenge blog called Jingle Belles. It looks very promising—especially to those that make holiday cards. Their tag line is "Taking back December one holiday card at a time!" How great is that? One wonderful holiday card challenge each week.
Let's say you only play half of the year. You'll still have 26 cards done by the end of the year. Yahoo!! Count me in!
I am playing along today with the recent sketch challenge.
I added some stitching to the already quilted look of the holiday papers from The Girls Paperie. And the stamp is from My Favorite Things Pure Innocence collection.
So excited to already have a holiday card done for the 2011 holiday season. The first of many!

There's a fabulous announcement over at Sketchy Thursdays. If you haven't seen it, you should head on over there.

Great Card! With the snowball theme, it could almost be an everyday card for most of the US! Love the added quilting and the stickpin!
I just love the papers you used and the stitching is fabulous! Great start to your Christmas cards!!!
I love how you added some texture by stitching on the patchwork paper design ... and what a perfect sentiment for your sweet little lady ... she looks innocent, but I'm guessing she's going to peg some unsuspecting soul with a snowball ... so glad you're joining our Jingle Belles journey.
Wonderful quilted background. And that image is precious.
So super cute! The stitching is wonderful!
