It's hip to be square

If you don't know it already — I love 6x6 paper pads. I like to scrap small (and that may be why I am comfortable making cards), and the 6x6 pads make it so much easier to make the smaller pages. I like that on the smaller pads they even shrink down the patterns so they look relative to the larger 12x12 sheets.

With all of this in mind, it is why I jumped at the chance to be a part of Lisa Swift's new Hip to be Square feature. You can see more amazing 6x6 paper work on her blog.

For this layout, I used the 6x6 Portfolio paper pack from Pink Paislee. Gorgeous yellows, grays and blues in this pack. I also mixed in the tags from Portfolio for some of the embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by to see my page. If you are a die hard fan of the smaller paper pads like I am, head on over to Lisa's blog and see what everyone else has been up to over there. Lots of inspiration!
