Father's Day {lily bee}

Father's Day is this Sunday — are you ready to give the dads in your life a little treat to celebrate? This past Wednesday (while I was hopping here for Samantha Walker), I shared this card and treat bag set on the Lily Bee blog. 

I love how they turned out and wanted to share them here, too.

I used the Destination Collection from Lily Bee for both the card and the bag. The dark woodgrain on nearly every piece of this collection has grabbed my heart and won't let go. I find myself gravitating to it often, especially for manly projects.

I used one of the brad's from the Brad, Badge, Button and Baker's Bundle in the Destination collection for the top of the tie, which is essentially the opening flap on the treat bag. It is fabric covered and I love the extra pop it gives to it. 

I feel this way with most of my Lily Bee projects, but with each new one, I think, "ok, now this one's my favorite." I just love this card and bag!
