i-Top buttons {imaginisce}

Today I am happy to share with you the project I  made using the i-Top from Imaginisce and their buttons. It is really easy to make these with paper or fabric — and I chose fabric in this case.

I made a cute custom dish towel set. First, I cut the fabric to the size I wanted, used some heat-bond to affix it to the towel and then sewed it on for good measure. Then, using the extra fabric I had leftover from cutting the accent on the towel, I sat down to make the buttons.

I used the medium and large buttons. I cut circle with my scissors and then used the i-Top to make the buttons. It was fast and easy! I made a quick gift tag with a manilla shipping tag and a piece of paper from the Childhood Memories collection.

A stamped sentiment at the top of the tag, and then I adhered the buttons with some thin foam dots. I could have sewn them on, but in this case, I just used a little adhesive.

And there you have it — a quick hostess gift or thank you for someone special. Pair it with some kitchen goodies, and you have a great addition to a gift basket.

Thanks for stopping to see my project today. Check out the Imaginisce blog for more ideas on how to use the button for the i-Top tool.
