Creative Scrappers had an online crop last weekend and thanks to being shut up in the house with a boy who had a fever, I had a chance to play along with some of the sketches.
I got to use my chicken wire mask on this page and some mists. I used distressing inks for the blue chicken wire and the yellow mist is a Maya mist. Gotta love those little Studio Calico stars!
Here is the second layout I made for the crop. I used a picture from when we went to our first Red Wings game of the season. It was so cold, but also fun to finally go to a game.
The papers and embellishments are a mix of Echo Park and Jillibean Soup. Both have great baseball collections this year. I think I'm already going to need to order some more — and it's only June! Yikes!

ReplyDeleteFabulous pages, Diana! I really love the chicken wire background and those stars? Perfect! One of those little stars went missing in my craft room when I was trying to color it and now it's nowhere to be found. Not even the vacuum has been able to find it. LOL!
