Hello! I'm stopping in to tell you about the partnership Imaginisce has with Core'dinations ColorCore Cardstock this month. Their product matches up so well with Imaginisce, it made it easy to create using both. I love how well the colors seem to go together — so rich and bright.
I made two cards and a little basket using the Core'dinations ColorCore Cardstock and the Hippity Hop collection.
My favorite technique with this cardstock is to dry emboss it using my BigShot. I love the depth it gives without curling the paper. And such amazing texture! I used embossing folders and dies on the backgrounds for both of these cards.
(Gotta love the little chicks!!) I trimmed up the grass in the image above using straight scissors, and the same for the egg shell. I started with a oval cut from a die, then hacked away at it to make the shell.
This little basket was made from a die as well, and the Core'dinations ColorCore Cardstock made it so easy to put together. Nice, sharp cuts and easy to fold. (Again, an adorable chickie from Hippity Hop, too!)
I hope you enjoyed my Core'dinations ColorCore Cardstock and Imaginisce projects. At the very least, you should be thinkin' spring, right? (I say this as snow is blustering outside my window right now, lol) Thanks for stopping in, and check back on the Imaginisce blog all week for more ideas from the DT.
