New Ruffled Blooms {and a giveaway}


I'm currently taking custom orders in addition to what is in the shop. Email me at dianadesigns [at] rochester.rr.com with your idea and I'll make it happen! 

Also, you now have the option of telling me how you want your ruffled bloom. Place the order through Etsy and in the notes section you can specify bobby pin, alligator clip or pin. If you are interested in a headband or something more detailed, convo me! (Did you know any Ruffled Bloom can be made into a Shaggy Bloom? LMK if you want the other style!)
