What's New Wednesday | Bella Blvd

This is where the big, wet tears start to fall on my screen. This is my last project for the Bella Blvd team. I loved being a part of such a wonderful and amazing group. I'm looking forward to just sitting back and taking in all of the eye candy that the next team will be bringing us.

I used a lot of Color Chaos for this layout. The Invisibles and pattern papers in this collection are just amazing. I have to admit that I was trying to save all of the scraps that I could. I kept saying to myself that every little piece can be useful — and for this collection that is so true.

I also used the Enamel DooDads and Dots on this page. I put them everywhere I could think to put them, including in the sticker lettering.

Supplies: Color Chaos (Invisibles: Referee Invisibles), (Pattern paper: Bell Pepper Strandz, Color Chaos Daily Details, Words of Wisdom), Treasures & Text, Trinkets. Enamel DooDads: Ice. Enamel Dots: Mike White

Thanks for stopping by to see my last Bella Blvd project.

March sketch | Scrapbook Circle

Today I shared a new sketch challenge on the Scrapbook Circle blog. If you play along, there is a Pinkfresh Studio prize pack up for grabs. Check out the blog to get the details and to play along.

I made this page using the March Here's the Story kit and this month's sketch.

How fun is that "hello" plastic word? I wish I had a few more!

I added faux stitching to a lot of this layout. I was in a doodling mood.

I hope you'll get a chance to play along with us. Stop by the Scrapbook Circle blog to see what the other ladies made to inspire you.

Easter basket | Bella Blvd

Easter is one of the cutest holidays. Everything is tiny — little pieces of candy, cute baby animals, and our little ones running like crazy kiddos looking for that last egg filled with jelly beans.

Today Bella Blvd is looking at mixed media and altered projects, so I made this Easter basket using the Simply Spring collection and Color Chaos Clear Cuts.

I added two treat containers with critter likenesses to my basket. The Simply Spring collection is just too cute — and perfect for making little gift bags, tags or cards for the Easter holiday.

The Clear Cuts overlays are perfect for making a unique basket. Make sure to throw in some grass and candy!

This idea would make a great hostess gift or basket for a wee little one who isn't expecting the overflowing chocolate goodness.

Supplies | Basket: Color Chaos: Clear Cuts (Pepper Confetti Clear Cut, Peep Confetti Clear Cut). Bunny Bag: Simply Spring (Pattern paper: Hippity Hop). Chick Container: Campout (Pattern paper: Campout Daily Details).

Thanks for stopping by here today to see my Easter project for Bella Blvd. Make sure to head over to their blog to see what the other gals made.

Cards | Bella Blvd

Today on the Bella Blvd blog I am sharing these two cards using the new collections.

Clear Cuts Overlays are a great way to add dimension and pop to any project — especially a card. Going with the dots theme from the overlays, I also used the Color Chaos Whatnots Chipboard to add another fun layer to the card.

Supplies: Color Chaos: Whatnots Chipboard, Clear Cuts (Metallic Gold Confetti), Treasures & Text Stickers

What an uplifting image! Who wouldn't want to get a parachuting hedgehog on a card?! I couldn't help but use this 4x6 card as the main image on a card.

Supplies: Simply Spring (Pattern paper: Simply Spring Daily Details), Treasures & Text stickers

Thanks for stopping to see my cards today. Make sure to visit the Bella Blvd blog for more inspiration.
